The Leadership of In STEP With Singles is a joint venture of single adults working together to provide an enhanced program of services for single adults.

The team concept promotes on-going personal development, serves as a motivator and energizes committee members. Various denominations and churches are represented on the committee. Members coordinate a specific
area of the ministry such as: Spiritual growth, Hospitality, Communication,
Fund raising, Administration, and other areas.
